Staffs at this store are professional, knowing what they sell, helpful, and very friendly. Added more, awesome customer service and aftercare is an additional bonus!! Usually very busy and crowded with a lot of parents and students during the weekend. Visiting weekdays is strongly recommended! Definitely recommended!

When my daughter needed a whole new school uniform set up very quickly, I was directed to Elle at Oz Fashions by her new College. I could not be more impressed with their very quick turn around time of emails, friendly customer service, and the quality of the products- much better than my children’s previous private schools uniforms. All items have a generous label size to be able to put a name on, especially the school bag which is also really sturdy and well made. The sports shorts, jacket and track pants are made of beautifully soft material, and the polo shirt is of high quality. I found the staff to be very accomodating, knowledgeable and kind to my daughter with special needs.

Poor customer service. Will not return school uniform brand new with tags. Other suppliers allow returns. They don’t care about customers just want your money.

Very poor customer service, I had asked for help regarding the purchase , but the man was yelling across the store looking for another worker to help me while sipping his coffee. Then I got served by a girl who had made my try on the clothing in front of her…. So I helped my self to trying on the shoes cos she had left me… she came past and said I wasn’t allowed to try it on without someone looking at me. Thirdly i asked the guy at check out if i could get a new uniform that was not on display… he asked me what’s wrong with this one ? I replied it’s dirty … he said “ I’ll give u $6 off so you can clean it “ very aggressive customer service… I won’t be coming back

We have been buying uniforms for years from Oz Fashions. Unfortunately for us now that the kids are in high school we can not purchase the uniforms but we go in for shoes , socks and some tailoring. The staff are amazing and friendly nothing is too much trouble. We are all arrived quickly.

They don’t even deserve the one star. Disgusting customer service. All staff are horrendous. They do not respect anyone, have no empathy, will yell at you and embarrass you in a hall full of other people if you can’t afford all the items on your schools list they, will judge you on sizing and when you ask to change sizes they will make snarky comments at you. I really don’t know how they are in business. Their items are really overpriced and are very poor quality (shirts shouldn’t shrink after only 3 washes) If I didn’t have to get uniforms through these people I wouldn’t but unlucky for me that’s the only place I can. Try to avoid this company if you can. Some of us aren’t as lucky.

They have good collection of clothes and school wear. But I feel price is little bit high. We bought school wear for kids . I feel shoes are costly. Since school recommended we bought this items. My kid is saying after wearing a days he is saying he is not comfortable with this shoes. He is asking different shoes which we purchased through online shopping for half price . Entrance is not good.
